How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and go to My Plan (for teachers) or Planes (for schools). You will find the option to cancel your subscription there. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter your email and we will send you a reset link valid for 30 minutes.

How do parents access their portal?

Parents receive an automatic email when an appointment is created or updated. They can also request a magic link from /portal using their email address. The link is valid for 15 minutes.

Can I add multiple teachers to my school account?

Yes. School accounts can invite teachers by email from the school dashboard. The number of teachers depends on your plan: Plan S (15), Plan M (35), or Plan L (60).

Is student data secure?

Yes. ParentReach complies with FERPA. Student data is used only to facilitate communication between teachers and parents and is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
